Privacy Policy: Blue Ribbon Taxi is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information gathered during your order of services remains strictly confidential. We will not sell your personal information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of our your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy: Any refunds due will be made to the credit card charged within 30 days of notification of the lack of service. Complaints can be emailed to info@blueribbontaxi.biz or by calling management at (574) 233-4040. If the client fails to cancel ordered services in a timely manner, prior to dispatch of our driver, the client’s credit card may be charged for the transportation services including driver’s waiting time.

Shipping Policy: Blue Ribbon Taxi does not engage in ecommerce shipping. We provide transportation services.

Currency: Blue Ribbon Taxi provides transportation services. All services will be charged in U.S. $ Dollars.
